Datamann is a complete mailing service bureau for all of your list and data processing needs. We will process your custom and rental lists using state-of-the-art software to your mail house specifications. We will code and/or sort your list by Carrier Route, standardize the names and addresses, and correct the zip codes. Merge / Purge, Mailstream, ZIP+4, and a variety of other processes can be performed to provide you with substantial mail-cost savings. Mailstream reports showing the processing results will accompany Postal Tier-qualified Cheshire or pressure-sensitive labels, or ink-jet tape to your printer or mail house. Datamann is CASS-certified by the U.S. Postal Service, using PAVE-certified software. Datamann can also maintain your Customer List and provide List Rental Fulfillment with a guaranteed 1-2 business day turnaround.
Merge Purge (Duplicate Elimination): Datamann will combine your rented lists and house names and eliminate any duplicates between them. If you have a list you want partially or completely suppressed, we will run it against your names and drop any appropriate matches. We can match by household (same surname and address), by individual (same first and last name and address), or by residence (same address, disregarding name). We can also match to the "tightness" or "looseness" you require.
Multi-Channel MatchBack: Datamann has developed a multi-channel MatchBack process that sets the standard for response identification and allocation. As businesses experience a significant increase in the percentage of orders being placed via the web, it becomes even more important to make sure you are allocating orders to the correct mailing segment. Contact Database: Datamann builds and maintains contact databases to help our customers develop a profitable contact strategy. The database is designed to determine the optimal number of times a prospect should be promoted to generate a sale, as well as the maximum number of times to promote a prospect before assuming that a sale will not occur. Customer specific variables such as, average dollar amount, dollar per book and lifetime value can be included for analysis purposes. The database interfaces with report writing tools, in addition to a Datamann Standard Report Package.
Marketing SQL Database: Datamann designs, builds and maintains SQL databases sourced from customer data, prospect data, or a combination of both. The data is structured in multi-dimensions and is accessed for counts, queries, data mining, and full campaign management using a suite of tools that are both proprietary and partnership based. The database solutions we manage are designed to meet the specific requirements and budget of the customer.
Circulation Planning: Distill down all the fluff and hyperbole about circulation planning, and you will find that it all boils down to 3 things that you need – improved response, higher profits and lower costs.
